High Speed Wire Automatic Control Technology
 

The large type high speed wire automatic control technology adopting PCS7 whole integrated system of Siemens, developed by WISCO Automatization Corp. has improved the product structure, enhanced product quality and lowered the equipment faultrate.

PCS7 system is an intellegent system, including HMI, PLC, peripheral equipment and sensor, all parts are connected to the whole integrated automatization system based on SIMATIC S7 and WinCC. The whole integrated automatization combines computer and PLC, HMI and manual control, process monitoring and process automatization as one, it’s a new automatic mission solution. The structural diagram of high speed wire PCS7 system is indicated as below.

The drive adopts LCI AC speed regulation system, of which:reducing sizing mill adopts SIMOVERT MV AC speed regulation system, blooming, heat preservation roll table, nip roller and delivery roller and partial STELMOR roller table have adopted Master drive AC speed regulation system of Siemens.
