Time limit for this patent right is 10 years, calculated from the date of application, patentee shall pay annual fees according to patent law and execution regulations, time limit for paying the yearly patent fee is one month before every June 8, if not paying the annual fee according to the regulation, patent right shall be terminated from the date of expiration of paying the annual fee.
