Control and management integration system of WISCO coke oven（hereinafter called CCMS）is a control and management system integrating site inspection, advanced control, optimized dispatching, production management and others, enjoying with its own intellectual property right of WISCO Automatization Corp.

CCMS adopts the control principle of “intermittent heating control” in combining with heating coal gas flow adjustment, which has enriched the means for coke oven heating control and enlarged control scope. CCMS, through the energy forecast model, adopts the combined control of feed forward-feed back-blurry intelligent control, enabling coke oven to be heated stably and evenly, controlling the whole oven heating level with intelligence, and realizing the intelligent control for the coke oven heating.

CCMS includes site instrument, instrument control system, four-car interlocking and positioning system, coke oven exchange PLC control system, vertical flame path infrared temperature measuring system, process computer system, the data communication and application software. CCMS, through computer network, realizes data communication, share and centralized management, heating control model analyzes and processes real time data of coke oven production and automatically controls coke oven heating. CCMS shall enable the control and management level of the coke oven to make a great qualitative progress, realize the intelligent control for coke oven heating, upgrade the coke oven control and management level from the basic automatization control to the coking process control level; Furthermore, it shall realize saving the energy, stabilizing and improving coke quality, extending the use lifetime of the coke oven, enhancing the labor productivity and improving economic benefit.

CCMS application software includes the following functional modules: coke oven intelligent heating control model, coke oven plan management, process management, temperature evaluation, heating control, trend display and system maintenance, etc.
