| Automatization Hot Roll Finishing Line Automatic Control Technology of WISCO |

Indicated as the system configuration drawing, Model PC is a model machine, Leveller1 PC is 1# straightener PC, Leveller2 PC is 2# straightener PC, online PC is strip steel job step PC, namely control the electrical equipment(except 1# straightener, fly shear) from decoiling machine to fly shears. Offline PC panel job step PC, namely control the electrical equipment (except 2# straightener) from fly shears back to steel plate piling table. Sheer PC is fly shear PC, specially used for control the fly shear. The basic automatization adopted 3 sets of SIEMENS S7-400 PLC, Leveller PLC is used for controlling 1# and 2# straightener, online PLC is used for controlling electrical equipment from decoiling machine to fly shear, offline PLC is used for controlling the electrical equipment from fly shears back to steel plate piling table. FM458 application function processor used by the system is a controller with multiple functions and stable performance, appropriate for the rapid and complex control missions: for example, the position inspection, position calculation, position control, logic interlocking and operation.
