| ICC-CJY-II Laser Measurement System for Diameter(caliper for short) is mainly used for the outside diameter measurement of various rolled bars, wires and pipes. Such system can conduct a real time detection of the variation of the diameter (external) of measured objects in the condition of high temperature. By taking laser as the scanning method, the diameter measuring system employs the imported probe with its original packaging from Japan and can provide a precision of ± 2 um within a range of 0.3 to 30 millimeters and an acquisition frequency of 2000 times /second. As the probe is provided with self-exciting infrared light source, the measurement issue in the environment with dim light is solved. Measuring by scanning with impulse parallel light, it provides a strong ability in resisting the shaking of the measured objects. The shaking frequency of the measured objects is far less than the scanning frequency. It allows the constant time of screening the light beam, while the measured object A is moving in the shakable zone. Hence the measurement precision is guaranteed. |
