DBE2003R Heat Value Detecting Device for Mixed Gas is specially designed for heat value detecting ofthe combustible mixed gas which contains hazardous and harmful elements like benzene, naphthalene, tar, water, smoke. It is provided with the advanced sample gas treatment technology ensuring the on-line, continuous, and automatic detection at the particular working conditions of high temperature, high pressure, heavy dust and unwelcome humidity.

The imported analyzing instruments (or chromatography) employing infrared, thermal conductivity, magnetic pressure and so on are used to conduct the on–line and continuous analysis and detection of the compositions such as CO, CO2, CH4, 02, H2, CNHM, N2 contained in the combustible gas. As a correct detection of the heat value of the combustible gas can be achieved, such product is an imperative detection device for ensuring the stability of heat value, improving the heating quality, saving energy, reducing consumption and ensuring the safe production. The functions such as field bus control, automatic sampling, back blowing, air passage switching over and fault handling are employed in the analysis system. The analysis system is capable of providing all the parameters related to the system,performing the data storage and statistics regarding time, date, shifts andmonths, fault diagnosis, print-out of report as well as giving standard electric current signal of 4-20 mA or data telecommunication through PROFIBUS.
