DBE2000G Blast Furnace Top Gas Analysis System is of patent technology developed by WISCO.In 1980s, WISCO introduced 3 sets of” blast furnace top gas analysis systems” both from home and abroad. Howeverall ended with failure. Thereafter, WISCO developed its own patent technology-” DBE2000G blast furnace top gas analysis system” by virtue of numerous production practices.Being the core part of the system,The DEB0-BQ sample gas treatment technology has been applied successively in the blast furnaces No.1, 4, 5, 6 in WISCO for many years. As honors, it is awarded The Third Prize of National Progress in Scientific and Technology and International Eureka Gold Medal for Invention. Especially worth mentioning is its excellent function in “The Expert System” of Blast Furnace No.4 imported from Finland. After the successful operation of WISCO Blast Furnace No.4, an appraisal meeting organized by the domestic metallurgical circles was held, where this technology was recognized as“the first domestic blast furnace top gas analysis system that so far achieved the real continuous on-line operation ”. This DBE2000Ganalysis system is an integral set for process analysis specially designed suitable for the blast furnace top gas in a given harsh ambientconditions–high temperature, high pressure ,undesiredhumidity and heavy dust,. Continuous, automatic on-line detection of CO,CO2,CH4,H2,N2 contained in the blast furnace top gas is achieved by means of the imported infrared and thermal conducting analyzer incorporated with the sophisticated DEB0-BQ sample gas treatment technology. This system proves to be indispensable in terms of improving the smelting level of blast furnace, saving energy, reducing consumption and ensuring the safe production. The analyzing system has impressive functions such as field bus control, automatic sampling, back blowing, air passage switching over and fault diagnosis. It is capable of collection of all the parameters related to the system, data storage, data statistics, fault diagnosis, report printout and output of 4-20mA standard electric current signal through the PROFI BUS. This system is featured by its sophisticated technical solution, compact structure, and reliable assembly, superior automaticity, easy operation and minimum maintenance. |
